CHIEF OPERATING
OFFICER:
PHD in chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a leading
University, a head of all operations from sourcing to
manufacturing and also responsible for the efficient
operation of the plant, including management of the
business profit and loss statement. Must be a strong
motivator, good communicator and a leader for formulating
business strategy and implementation.
CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER:
A CA, possibly MBA with at least 3 years of experience
in a similar position and overall 10 years experience.
He will be responsible for the development and implementation
of the financial strategy in line with the business
plan. He is responsible for a Capex budget of over Rs.
4000 million in the next 18 months. Sound knowledge
in MIS, ERP, tax, statutory, manpower planning and admin
is essential.
